You can have one Alert at a time on a page. You control the icon in the popup as well as the text. You have access to the full toolbar, so the popup can have images, bulleted lists, files, featured content, etc.

You can decide to make it a one-time popup (visitors see it only once) or a persistent popup (visitors will see it every time they view the page).
