The Flitered Minibase below uses a Custom View and only shows Staff from the J Vincent Secondary School. This feature allows a district to have one minibase and only show records for a specific subset of records on a certain page.

To add a filtered minibase to your page, paste the following code into an Embed Code app, and add [square brackets] at the beginning and end:

$APP ID=nnnn props="Field5:Administration"$

You will need to replace nnnn with your minibase app's ID number. You can find this in the App Manager, located in the Tools tab of your workspace. Select minibase, click on the desired instance, and on the right the ID number will appear.

You will also need to replace the Field number with the appropriate one from your particular minibase, and replace Administration with whatever string of text you want to filter for. For example, if you wanted to show employees from Washington Elementary School, and Location is Field 2 in your minibase, the code would be
