I have been the director of Human Resources for the last 5 years. Before that, I worked here at Nittanyville as the manager of the Special Education department for 5 years. I think that my experience in working for the school district in a specialized department has given me the unique experience of being an employee and knowing what all of my fellow employees need and want.
